Wagenseller Law Firm Honors Real Estate Developer and Philanthropist Stuart M. Ketchum at the 4th Annual "Cocktails Under the Stars"

LOS ANGELES, CA – This year’s honoree is real estate developer and philanthropist Stuart M. Ketchum, after whom the downtown YMCA is named.
“Cocktails Under The Stars” brings together the downtown business and real estate community for a night of fun and camaraderie-but with the purpose of making camp possible for the kids who live in the neighborhoods around downtown Los Angeles,” said Laine T. Wagenseller, the founder of Wagenseller Law Firm.
The 4th Annual “Cocktail Under The Stars” will take place on Thursday, May 19, 2011 from 6-8 pm at Cafe Pinot.
Stuart M. Ketchum is the owner of Stuart M. Ketchum Real Estate Investments, Inc. in Beverly Hills, CA. With more than 60 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Ketchum’s projects have included the Security Pacific National Bank Building, the 800 Wilshire Building, the 400 Hope Street Building and the Westin Bonaventure Hotel. In addition to his real estate career, Mr. Ketchum has been involved in a variety of volunteer commitments, including being on the Board of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles.
The Stuart M. Ketchum Downtown YMCA is part of one of the nation’s leading nonprofits strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. As a part of its youth development programs, the Ketchum Downtown YMCA sends children and teens from the Pico-Union area of Los Angeles to Camp Whittle in the mountains of Big Bear, CA for summer camp.
