Mr. Wagenseller’s experience with complex business litigation includes real estate litigation (breach of contract, breach of lease, sale disputes, family fighting over properties, fraud, lis pendens, specific performance, neighbor disputes and more) and business litigation (partnership and corporate shareholder lawsuits, family fighting over businesses, corporate litigation, breach of contract, fraud and more). After graduating from Duke University with a double major in Comparative Area Studies (International Relations) and French, Mr. Wagenseller graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
He clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Neal and the Honorable Melvin B. Grover in the Los Angeles Superior Court in downtown Los Angeles. As an attorney he successfully completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Mock Trial Program. He is admitted to practice law by the California State Bar, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Active in Civic and Legal Organizations
Mr. Wagenseller serves as a judge pro tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court. He has also been involved with the American Business Trial Lawyers Association, the California State Bar Real Property Section, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Urban Land Institute (Los Angeles chapter), the Rotary Club of Los Angeles (LA5) (Board of Directors), Ketchum Downtown YMCA (Board of Directors) and other civic and legal organizations.
