WLF Negotiates 10 Year Lease for Downtown LA Restaurant
Wagenseller Law Firm successfully negotiated a 4,350 square foot lease and improvement letter with Thomas Property Group in their City National Plaza project downtown (formerly the ARCO towers) for our client, Weiland Brewery Restaurant. The latest Weiland Brewery will open at the location in early 2006. The original Weiland Brewery, which features a wide selection of American cuisine and a full bar, is located in Little Tokyo at First and Alameda streets.
