Laine T. Wagenseller was one of three presenters at an all-day seminar on Real Estate Litigation in California. The seminar, given for attorneys, brokers and other real estate professionals, focused on the types of litigation relating to real property, the tools which can be successful in fighting that litigation and the best strategies for winning at trial.
