Laine Wagenseller Attends ULI Development Process
Mr. Wagenseller recently spent a four-day weekend taking part in the Urban Land Institute’s Advanced Development Process, an intensive training program and workshop designed to develop a deeper understanding of the intricacies of development and real estate investment. He was joined by developers, real estate brokers, business executives and project managers for in-class lecture and training, as well as on-site inspection of such future developments as the Park Fifth luxury apartments in Pershing Square and the currently under-construction L.A. Live! retail and entertainment complex located adjacent to the Staples Center.
Mr. Wagenseller was fortunate enough this weekend to join these prominent members of the real estate community from all over the nation, and has taken away not only a keener understanding of the development process but a strong connection to his fellow program participants. He hopes that this experience will help him better serve his future clients with their real estate disputes and transactions.
